I have been selling for over 7 yrs on Ebay with over 2150 postitive, 100% rating. I have a undisputable reputation of taking very good care of my customers. I treat them the way I want to be treated when I am shopping on line, whether it be through an auction site or on line retailer.

I saw something of interest on your site yesterday and it is not there today, why?
My inventory is constantly changing and I sell on several venues. If you see something today, it very well may be out of stock tomorrow. I am very good at keeping my inventory up to date. You are welcome to email me to check the inventory of an item.

What are your methods of payments?
We accept paypal, money orders, and cash. No personal checks. Credit card payments can be made through our paypal account.

How long will it take to receive my purchase?
Please allow us up to 2 days for processing. Excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email (if you supply us with an email address) when your item has been processed and shipped. Once shipped, it will take anywhere from 2-10 days for delivery depending on your location zone and the time of year it is for the postal service. These are estimated delivery times.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on intimate items due to sanitary reasons. All other items are accepted on a case by case bases. Our number one priority is to make you happy. We take great pride in offering top notch customer service. If you have any issue, please contact us first at hannahbananastore@hughes.net. Please include the item/or invoice number. A brief description of purchase and date of sale. If a non intimate item is damaged during shipping and the buyer did not purchase insurance they are responsible for the return shipping fee. I will pay to ship exchanged item out. If the buyer simply has buyer's remorse I gladly accept returns. The buyer must pay all shipping fees and a modest 10% restocking fee. Item MUST be in the mint condition in which it was delivered in order to receive refund. Including all packaging and and tags attached. I will gladly refund the cost of item only minus the 10% restocking fee.

Do you offer shipping / handling discounts on multiple purchases?
Absolutely! We love to reward our buyers with discounts. We want you to come back again and again! If there is ever a glitch in a payment were you are charged full s/h on multiple purchases, simple email us at hannahbananastore@hughes.net and we will retify the issue by refunding the difference back into your paypal account. Please note that the multiple purchase discount does not apply to FREE s/h purchases. Example: If you purchase an item with free s/h and then purchase another item with a s/h of $4.00, you will be charged $4.00. If you purchase an addition item and there is s/h charges on the 3rd item, that is when your discount will be applied.
